• Above rates are nett and non commissionable.
• Children below 2 years, sharing parent's room are free of charge.
  Between 2 - 12 years old are 50% on meal rates.
• 50% advance payment to be made on confirmation.
• Balance payment to be settled prior to guest's departure.
  
  

Cancellations Policy

With a limited number of rooms, it is not easy to change or just cancel a reservation. While we always try our best, there is the chance that we might not be able to accommodate your request.

• Cancellation less than 21 days will be charged at 25% on the contracted rate.
• Cancellation less than 14 days will be charged at 50% on the contracted rate.
• Cancellation less than 07 days will be charged at 75% on the contracted rate.
• Cancellation less than 03 days will be charged at 100% on the contracted rate.
